Junior High welcome!
Join us on a four day backpacking adventure in California’s beautiful Eastern Sierra mountain range. We will be hiking from Lake Sabrina to Blue Lake. Our journey begins on Saturday, June 18th at 5am. The first night we will camp at Lake Sabrina (Elevation 9,080) to acclimatize. Sunday morning, our day begins with a 3.5 mile
moderate hike to Blue Lake. Once our group arrives, we can drop our packs, pitchour tents and venture out into the wildress. Don’t forget to bring your fishing gear there are many lakes and streams full of wild trout. A map of our journey can be found at by clicking this link. If you are 16 or older you will need to purchase a fishing liscens from your local sporting good store or Walmart.
This is going to be an amazing trip so make sure to sign up ASAP. This years Journal theme will focus on Exploring God’s creation . An informational meeting will be held on Sunday, June 5th after lunch (2 p.m.) to help familiarize you with the equipment needed for this trek.

Camping in the Courtyard, Bible Studies around a fire pit, Hard work and service during the day, Memory verses at meal times, and a whole lot of fun! That’s right, 3 Days and 3 Nights is back. This is one of the coolest and most rewarding events we do all year. We will be serving people in our community, working with Forest Home, helping Ability First, Second Harvest Food bank and much more! At night we’ll be going deep into the word of God and seeing Jesus through the disciples eyes.

POSTPONED till APRIL
Join us Saturday, as we serve breakfast to the Homeless. We will be meeting at Covenant Community Church at 6 a.m. and then heading over to the Santa Ana Civic Center. Hang out with us the night before in preparing the food for the next day. We will be meeting at the church on Friday, March 25th at 4p.m- 7:30 p.m.

2011 Theme:
“What does God get?”
Get ready cause Core Camp is back! On February 25th we will be traveling to the “Caruso Cabin” and getting deep into the word of God. Core Camp is meant for those who have a desire to set aside time to study the Bible. This year we will be studying the topic of “What does God get”. So get ready to hear Gods word and seek his presence at this years Camp.
Space is limited so you need to sign up quickly.The cost is $40 plus you will… need money for fast food on the way their and back. You will also need a medical release and an event release form filled out.
Here is a list of other stuff you will want to bring:
Bible
Pen
Journal (optional),
Sleeping Bag
Pillow (optional),
Sleeping Mat (optional),
Warm Clothes (it may be snowing),
Waterproof boots or hiking boots
Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc),
Money for 2 Fast food stops on the road
***Flashlight. The Cabin is a camping situation and we will be hiking 1 mile into the wilderness at dusk. So prepare with that in mind.***
No video games, ipods, mp3, or other music devices.
