So we as the junior high leadership have decided that we need a spiffy name to refer to the junior high group as… So I was looking through my bible and came upon this verse:

Hey guys, this is for the junior highers, just to let you know we have wednesday night group tomorrow night. So come prepared to have fun and to learn about our magnificent God. I also encourage you to bring your friends, it would be nice to have a few more new faces…

Hey guys, I just read something in my bible this morning that I found encouraging and just wanted to share it with you…

“This is a faithful saying: For if we died in Him, we shall also live with Him. If we endure, We shall also reign with HIm. If we deny Him, He also will deny us. If we are faithless, He remains faithful; He cannot deny Himself.” (2 Tim 2:11-13)

I just pray that this gives you strength to face the day. God will always remain faithful regardless of our circumstance. Stay strong, for you hold the truth to life. God will never forsake you.

Covenant Community Church and New Beginnings Church are teaming up this year to bring you an insane New Year’s All Night Celebration!¬† This event will be a non-stop action packed evening.¬† The event will take place on the campus of Covenant Community Church.¬† We will start at 5 p.m. and end at 8 a.m.¬† The cost is $15 plus a bag of your favorite snack food to share.¬† Here are some of the things you can expect:¬† Car Rally/Scavenger Hunt, Pizza, Junk food, Video Games, Skate Park, Holly Wood or Bust Music Video Contest, Amazing Prizes, Movies, and will top it all off with some crazy games you have come to¬†expect at youth group!

If you are intimidated by the all night thing, no worries.  Just bring a sleeping bag or blanket your pillow and your favorite cuddly bunny and you can travel right to dream land in one of our designated sleep rooms.  Hope to see you there!
